Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By accessing or using the Elevationary Agents platform (agent.elevationary.com) or purchasing any service from Elevationary LLC ("Elevationary," "we," "us"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

2. Services

Elevationary offers:

Consulting Engagements — Fixed-duration strategy and AI advisory sessions (15, 30, 60, and 90 minutes).
Subscription Insights — Recurring newsletter and content access ("Agent Insider" and related publications).
Agent Protocols — Machine-readable service manifests and ACP/UCP endpoints for autonomous agent integration.

3. Subscriptions & Billing

Subscription plans are billed on a recurring basis via Stripe. You authorize Elevationary to charge your payment method on the applicable billing cycle. You may cancel at any time from your Stripe customer portal; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial-period refunds are issued unless required by law.

4. Consulting Sessions

Consulting sessions are delivered via video call. Sessions not attended within 15 minutes of the scheduled start time are forfeited. Rescheduling requests must be submitted at least 24 hours in advance. Elevationary does not guarantee specific business outcomes from consulting engagements.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, frameworks, and methodologies produced by Elevationary remain the intellectual property of Elevationary LLC unless a separate written agreement states otherwise. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or resell Elevationary content without written permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Elevationary's total liability for any claim arising from use of the platform or services shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 30 days preceding the claim. Elevationary is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

7. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via the email address on file.

Privacy Policy

1. What We Collect

Contact information — name and email address when you subscribe or book a consultation.
Payment information — processed and stored by Stripe; Elevationary does not store card details.
Usage data — standard server logs and Cloudflare analytics (IP address, browser, pages visited). No cross-site tracking.

2. How We Use It

To deliver purchased services and subscription content.
To send transactional email (receipts, session confirmations, newsletter issues) via Postmark.
To contact you about your account or changes to these policies.

3. Third-Party Services

Stripe — payment processing. Subject to Stripe's Privacy Policy.
Cloudflare — edge hosting and analytics. Subject to Cloudflare's Privacy Policy.
Postmark — transactional email delivery.

4. Data Retention & Deletion

Subscriber records are retained for the duration of the subscription plus 12 months. To request deletion of your data, email [email protected].

5. Cookies

This site uses only functional cookies (session authentication for premium content). No advertising or tracking cookies are set. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, which will prevent access to gated content.
